IV. Comments on the text of the Draft Law on Repeat Elections

Article 4 of the draft law for repeat elections provides for official observers from foreign states and international organisations. Article 4 states that such observers have all rights, in addition to the rights stated in the parliamentary election law, to obtain copies of protocols on the transfer of ballots, voting results, and tabulations. This is a positive provision.
