1. Donations
Also, Article 36 already takes into consideration that the value of a donation may at times differ from the actual cost price. It does not, however, appear to take into consideration situations where the value of a donation differs significantly from the original cost price, e.g. in cases involving donations of shares which have appreciated in value since they were purchased. At the moment of donating them, such donations may already have a much higher value than their professed original purchase price. This situation should be reflected in Article 36 accordingly.
