MALTA- Joint Opinion on the Draft Act to Regulate the Formation, the Inner Structures, Fuctioning and Financing of Political Parties and their Participation in Elections
It is further noted that only Article 25 par 3 refers to the Criminal Code. Insofar as other acts banned by the draft Act would qualify as criminal acts as well, it is recommended to include references to other provisions of the Criminal Code in the relevant articles.
