b. Right to stand for election
This interference is a very severe one, as a judicial appeal on the findings of the commission does not suspend the verification certificate according to article 23.3 of the Law until “the judicial decision is final”. Hence, the right to stand for election may be denied for as long as the courts do not reach a final decision in the case.
