Main characteristics of the electoral system of the National Assembly
The electoral system is such an important issue for defining the political system that basic principles should be enshrined in the Constitution. The intention of including such a provision in the Constitution for the election to the National Assembly is therefore welcomed. Moreover it would ensure stability of the electoral system. |
