Article 125. Election Procedure of the President of the Republic
Article 125 provides in its paragraph 5 for diminishing majorities in consecutive rounds, if the three-fifths majority cannot be reached in the first round. It is wise and welcome to have provided for an anti-deadlock mechanism. |
