1. Reporting obligations before citizens
Part 2 and part 3 do not raise any critics of principle. The aim seems to be that of combining the control of voters and the administrative control, which in itself is not without interest. It is noted that the Municipalities Law already contains certain provisions (see Chapter IV, articles 26-31) which are designed to regulate and encourage processes of direct democracy. |
