VII. Voting process
By stipulating that a voter unable to perform the voting procedures himself or herself, must be present, Article 108.1 does not take into account the situations in which a voter is physically unable to come to the voting centre. This requirement could be mitigated if an alternative system of voting that is safe and reliable were introduced for these voters. |
