2. Sequence of Counting
The Code is ambiguous regarding the sequence of counting of ballots cast in local elections. Article 120 provides that in local elections each Counting Team counts ballots boxes divided by local government unit, beginning with the municipality with the largest number of voters, followed by other municipalities in descending order. |
