Article 116, paragraph 2 stipulates that members of the Counting Teams “take from the stacks the ballot boxes, one after the other, in ascending order of the ordinal numbers of the voting centre”. The Counting Teams should take the ballot boxes from each voting centre separately and count them, beginning with the box for mayoral elections, followed by the box for council elections. At the end of the count in each voting centre, the Counting Teams should fill in the result sheet for each voting centre and proceed to take ballot boxes from the next voting centre.
