XII. Complaints and appeals
The Venice Commission and OSCE/ODIHR recommend that the Code be amended so that CEC decisions on the Aggregate Table of Results may be challenged before a judicial body in the same way as all other CEC decisions. Any judicial review should be guaranted access to the relevant documents. |
