XII. Complaints and appeals
Article 158.5 states that “the decision of the Electoral College is final. No appeal may be made against it”. This provision may raise constitutionality issues. Article 43 of the Constitution states that “everyone has the right to appeal a judicial decision to a higher court, except when the Constitution provides otherwise”. |
