Paragraph 127

XIII. Repeat elections

The holding of repeat elections is ordered by the CEC if the invalidation of elections in one or more voting centres impacts the allocation of seats in the electoral zone or nationwide (Article 161.1). It is not self-evident that this would require repeating voting on a broader scale than in the voting centre concerned. The possible impact that the voters in the voting centre concerned may, in case of a repeat election, be influenced by the outcome of the electoral zone would seem unavoidable.
