A. The system of representation for the National Assembly and the Grand National Assembly

In addition, the draft Code provides for the possibility of electing a 400-member Grand National Assembly, which can be elected only for constitutional and other fundamental changes. The system for electing the National Assembly, including the number of constituencies, is equally applicable for the Grand National Assembly.
