B. The system of election for the President and Vice President
The second round of elections is required to take place within seven days of the first round. This is a very short time within which to organise elections, in particular if there are complaints. This is also applicable for the elections of mayors. The Venice Commission and the OSCE/ODIHR recommend that the length of time between the first and second round of voting be increased. |
