XI. Complaints and appeals procedures
The draft Code partly addresses the Venice Commission and the OSCE/ODIHR recommendations aimed at clarifying the complaints and appeals procedures. The competent authorities and procedures to appeal are more clearly stated in the draft Code.61 The draft Code requires the Constitutional Court to adopt a decision on an appeal within a month of its receipt.
