XI. Complaints and appeals procedures
Article 58 of the draft Code does not provide a remedy where the CEC fails to make a decision where a complaint or appeal has been properly submitted to the CEC. The Venice Commission and the OSCE/ODIHR recommend that Article 58 be amended to include the right to appeal where the CEC fails to make a decision on a properly submitted complaint or appeal.
