XI. Complaints and appeals procedures
Deadlines for submitting petitions and for examination of those petitions by the Constitutional Court are longer than recommended in the Code of Good Practice in Electoral Matters. In case elections are declared invalid, the decision of the CEC may not be challenged. Such restriction should be eliminated.
