Publication of the election results, transmission of the election files

(1) The provincial elections authority has to then announce the finalized results of the vote in the provincial constituency and in the regional constituency, the names of the successful and unsuccessful candidates from the provincial and regional party lists, as well as the number of seats which have not been allocated. The announcement has to be put up on the official notice board of the office of the provincial government and posted on the Internet. It has to show the date when it was put up on the official notice board.

(2) The election files of the provincial elections authority has to then be locked and be sent immediately, if necessary by the use of messengers, to the federal elections authority.
