8.1. Elections (referendum) shall be announced at least 60 days before voting day.

8.2. Voting day shall be considered a non-working day within the territory where election (referendum) is held. if the Voting Day is national mourning day or a holiday, which is not considered a working day (excluding the case implied by ii part of Article 84 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan), the voting shall be appointed to another day of the month the elections was to be conducted.
