22.1. The ordinary elections should be held on the f rst Sunday of June of the corresponding year, to elect: a) Federal Representatives, every three years; b) Senators, every six years, and c) The President of the United Mexican States, every six years.
22.2. The day on which the ordinary federal elections should be held will be considered as a non-working day in the entire national territory.
