The Mexican citizens residing in the national territory who are physically unable to go to register at the offices of the Executive Directorate of the Federal Register of Voters corresponding to their address should request their registration in writing, attaching the documents which certify their disability. In this case, the Executive Directorate will establish the appropriate measures to deliver the voter card of the physically disabled voter.
