The political parties, pre-candidates and sympathizers are required to remove their pre-campaign electoral propaganda for it to be recycled at least three days before the beginning of the stage of the registration of candidates for the election in question. If they do not remove it, the Institute or the Local Public Bodies will take the measures necessary for its removal, discounting the cost from the public financing that corresponds to the party, in addition to the imposition of the sanction established by this Law for this purpose.
