231.1. The regulations set out in this Law regarding the campaign actions and electoral propaganda will be applied to the pre-campaigns and to the precandidates participating in them, as appropriate.

231.2. The General Council will issue the other regulations and agreements necessary for the appropriate regulation of the internal selection processes of candidates for elective offices and the pre-campaigns, in accordance with the provisions of this Law.
