Article 235
 

235.1. When the candidate registration has been closed, if a political party or a coalition does not comply with the established in the articles 233 and 234, the General Council will require in f rst instance that they correct the candidate registration request within a period of forty-eight hours, counted from the notification, and it will inform them that it will issue a public warning in the event that this is not done.


235.2. After the period referred to in the previous paragraph has passed, the political party or coalition that has not replaced the candidates will receive a public warning and the General Council will again require that it makes the correction within a period of twenty-four hours, counted from the notification. In case of reoccurrence, it will be sanctioned with the denial of the corresponding candidate registration.
