246.1. The printed propaganda that the candidates use during the electoral campaign should, in all cases, include a clear identification of the political party or coalition that registered the candidate.
246.2. The propaganda that the political parties, coalitions and candidates disseminate by graphic means during a campaign will have no other limits than, in the terms of article 7 of the Constitution, the respect for the private life of the candidates, authorities, third parties and institutions and the democratic values.
