286.2. Then, the secretary will complete the section corresponding to the closing of voting of the Election Day minutes, which must be signed by the officials and representatives. 3. In any case, the section corresponding to the closing of voting will contain:

a) The closing time of the voting, and

b) The reason for which it was closed before or after 6:00 p.m.
