For the expeditious resolution of the complaints or reports and in order to determine in a single decision on two or more of them, the accumulation due to lis alibi pendens, connection, or where there is a link between two or more procedure files for which there are several complaints or reports against the same respondent regarding the same conduct and coming from a single cause is allowed.
