470.1. Within the electoral processes, the Executive Secretariat of the Institute, through the Technical Unit of Electoral Disputes, will instruct the special procedure established by this Chapter, in the case of allegations of acts that:

a) Violate the provisions of Basis III of article 41 or of the eighth paragraph of article 134 of the Constitution;

b) Contravene the rules on political or electoral propaganda, or

c) Constitute early pre-campaign or campaign activities.
