The decisions that cause the imposition of administrative sanctions can be challenged by means of the defense established in the Statute and the other orders of a regulatory nature; the interested parties may opt for the direct challenge of the sanctions before the Federal Tribunal of Fiscal and Administrative Justice in the terms established by the corresponding law.
