14.1. The cost of the required certif cations will be discounted from the budget of the Institute or of the competent Local Public Body. The public servants authorized to issue the certif cations are required to carry out the corresponding actions.
14.2. In the event that the interested organization does not present the registration request in the period mentioned in this Law, the notif cation made will cease to have effect.
