1. Voting centres close at the hour established in accordance with points 1 and 2 of article 11 of this Code. If, even after the closing time, there are still voters queuing, the VCC collects the identification documents of all the voters present and calls them one by one in order to conduct the voting. No other voter is allowed to vote if he was not in the queue at the time identification documents were collected.
2. After the last person present has voted, the VCC makes a decision to close the polls by filling in the respective type of form, writing on it also the time of closing. The decision for the closing of the polls and the exact time of closing are to be recorded in the VCC Meeting Record Book. Afterwards, only the members and secretary of the VCC, as well as the accredited Albanian and/or foreign observers and accredited representatives of the media, may remain in the voting centre.
