The persons who are definitely excluded from the electorate or whose rights to vote have been suspended are listed in an alphabetic order in a register with a separate file for each person.

This register is constantly updated by the Council of the burgomasters and lay judges. The registers reproduce exclusively for each of the listed persons the notifications as prescribed under article 13, sentence 2. The files of the suspended voters are destroyed once the incapacity ends. The register cannot be created nor updated by automatic mean. The content or the register may not be made available to a third party.
