If the number of voters of a municipality does not exceed 800, these voters will form only one section of vote. In the opposite case, they are divided into sections of which none counts more than 800 and less than 150 voters.
If the vote does not take place through a ballot paper, the King may increase the number of voters in a section, but to no more than 2.000.
