The president of the Court of appeal receives the chairmen of the central electoral committee of the constituency on the 23th day before the election between 11.00am and 1.00pm in his office to accept the protocols with the declaration of appeal and any other document that might be of interest for the Court and the central committees know of.
Assisted by his clerk, he prepares a file on this handing over.
