Five days before the election day, the chairman of the district electoral committee after having completed the formalities for the designation of the witnesses proceeds to draw by lot for each of the municipalities of the district the polling stations from which the ballot papers shall be tallied in a particular vote counting site.

The witnesses appointed to assist the reunions of the district electoral committee, may be present during this procedure.
