The chairman of the central electoral committee of the constituency opens the envelopes with the documentation in presence of the committee and the witnesses, and the committee immediately starts with the tallying of the votes.

Upon request of the chairman of this committee, the Council of burgomastersand lay judges of the municipality where the mentioned offices are established provides the committee with the necessary personnel and material to accomplish their mission.

The same Council shall define the compensation for the appointed persons at the expense of the municipalities.
