After having verified that the conditions for the establishment of the lists indicating the names of those parliamentarians who are appointed to be senators of the federated entities are fulfilled, the president of the Flemish Parliament informs the clerk of the Senate about these lists.
This notification takes place not later than on the 10th day following the verification of the powers in the Flemish Parliament.
