(1) Where in a multi-storey building there are voting sections on any upstairs storeys as well, the constituency election commission or the municipal election commission shall adopt a decision designating a voting section on the first floor (ground floor) which has the least number of voters according to the electoral roll for voting by visually impaired voters or by voters with ambulant difficulties.

(2) A sign and other distinguishing marks, showing the additional assigned purpose of the voting section referred to in Paragraph (1), shall be placed in front of any such voting section.

(3) (New, SG No. 39/2016, effective 26.05.2016) Contact telephone numbers and telephone numbers for the submission of alerts to the precinct department of the Ministry of Interior and to the regional prosecutor on duty shall be displayed on an information board installed in a conspicuous place in front of each of the voting sections.
