Members of the House of Representatives shall be elected for a term of four years.
They shall retire simultaneously on a date to be determined by the President of the House of Representatives, on the Thursday between 10 and 16 March or, in a leap year, on a date to be determined by the President of the House of Representatives, on the Thursday between 9 and 15 March.
