(1) The decisions of the municipal election commission may be disputed within three days after being made public before the Central Election Commission, which shall pronounce, within three days, by a decision which shall be appealable before the Supreme Administrative Court.
(2) Article 58 herein shall apply upon appeal of the decisions of the municipal election commission before the Supreme Administrative Court.
