D 3 and D 3a shall be submitted no more than six months before polling day.
The request must have been received by the body to which it is to be submitted no later than six weeks before polling day.
The request shall be assessed on the basis of the presumed situation on nomination day.
A decision shall be taken on the request no later than the seventh day after it has been received.
A request may be submitted by electronic means only to the municipal executive of The Hague or to the representative of the Netherlands in Aruba, Curacao and St. Marteen.
When and where the request forms may be obtained, free of charge, by voters shall be regulated by order in council. A model form shall be established by ministerial order.
