Lists of candidates submitted in different electoral districts on which the same candidates appear in the same number and the same order shall together form a set of identical lists.
Lists of candidates submitted in different electoral districts at the top of which the same appellation of a political grouping appears shall together form a group of lists. The provisions of the previous sentence shall also apply to cases in which the appellations of two or more groupings are combined.
