(Amended, SG No. 39/2016, effective 26.05.2016) Where paid forms of coverage of the election campaign are broadcast, published and distributed, the media service providers shall keep any such forms separate by an optical, acoustic or audiovisual indication containing a written or spoken message to the effect that the item is paid.
