Resolution to hold referendum (1) The Riigikogu shall decide to hold a referendum pursuant to the procedure provided for in the Riigikogu Rules of Procedure and Internal Rules Act. [RT I 2007, 44, 316 - entry into force 14.07.2007] (2) The Riigikogu shall not amend or repeal a resolution to hold a referendum.
