(New, SG No. 39/2016, effective 26.05.2016) For the conduct of an awareness campaign regarding citizens’ rights and duties, all media service providers operating within a national range may allot the Central Election Commission free-of-charge airtime of not less than 15 minutes weekly during the period of preparation and conduct of the elections.
