After receiving the ballot paper, the voter shall proceed to a polling booth and cast his vote there by colouring red a white spot opposite the name of the candidate of his choice.
He shall then fold the ballot paper and take it to the electoral committee.
The third member of the electoral committee shall ensure that the voter puts the ballot paper into the ballot box.
