§ 20.1
 

(1) Everyone has the right to observe the activities and procedures of the National Electoral Committee and the voting managers. (2) An observer must introduce himself or herself before the commencement of the observation. (3) An observer has the right to write down the numbers of the security means used in the sealing of the voting equipment. (4) An observer shall neither interfere with a voter's voting nor the work of the National Electoral Committee or the voting manager nor participate in the acts within the competence of an electoral committee or the voting manager. (5) An observer shall have no right to examine the list of voters, except in order to verify the accuracy of the information entered in the list of voters regarding him or her. (6) If, due to shortage of space, it is impossible to ensure equal conditions to all observers for monitoring the procedure, the observation shall be carried out pursuant to the orders of the National Electoral Committee or the voting manager.
