The person issuing a written authorisation shall not be entitled to withdraw it once it has been given or to vote in person after issuing it.
The person issuing an authorisation by transferring the voting pass to another person may withdraw the authorisation at any time until a vote is cast by proxy.
A written application to vote by proxy may be withdrawn unless a decision has been taken on it.
