A decision shall be taken on the application as quickly as possible
The application shall be refused only if it is found that the applicant is not a voter as referred to in section M 1.
If the application is not processed or is refused, the applicant shall be notified in writing, giving the reasons for the decision.
If it is an application as referred to in section M 3, subsection 1, second sentence, from a person who is registered as a voter in a municipality in the Netherlands other than the municipality of The Hague, the mayor shall forward the application, when granted, as quickly as possible to the mayor of The Hague.
Section D 9 shall apply mutatis mutandis to a decision as referred to in this section.
